Project Manager

Job Brief:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects, with specified deliverables. They will manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Assemble and lead a cross-functional project team.
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure project success.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with goals.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure that budgets are adhered to.
- Report on project financials and ensure transparency in project accounting.
- Manage project changes and ensure that change management processes are followed.
- Ensure that all project documentation is completed and archived properly.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Budget management experience.
