Job Brief:

As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions that power our innovative applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, designers, and product managers, to create efficient and high-performance APIs and services. This role requires a deep understanding of Node.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and backend architecture principles. You should be proficient in working with databases, optimizing application performance, and implementing security best practices. Roles and Responsibility:

• Develop, test, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend services.
• Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL for efficient data management.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and product managers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in the software industry as an engineer or developer
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
